31 Days: Day 4 Recap

Hi friends! Happy Saturday :) It's nice and fall-like here in Dallas today.

Let me just say, it feels weird to be blogging on the weekend. I typically don't do that, but with this 31 days challenge, I feel like it's necessary. I thought about saving my RAKs from Friday, Saturday and Sunday and blogging about them Monday. What do you guys think? Let me know if you think I should blog every day or wait and blog about the weekend on Monday.

October 4th - First thing you need to know.. my co-workers are little piggies. ;) No, but seriously. We LOVE treats at the office. Whether it's a patient, one of the doctors or a rep bringing us something we just devour it. Plus, most of us don't get to sit down and have an actual lunch hour during the day, so a snack on hand is definitely appreciated.

I decided I wanted to treat my co-workers a bit and what better day to do it on than Friday?

I baked them cookies the night before and brought them to share with a sweet little note.

If you can't tell, the cookies have ghosts on them. I also made ones with pumpkins but those were badly burnt. :-/ So the ghost ones were the only ones who made it.

They definitely appreciated my gesture. I was told how sweet it was to think of them, and how much they enjoyed the cookies with their morning coffee.

It's quite amazing what a little treat can do for your day!

I am loving your 31 Days series. I just pinned it on my 31 Days Board. I can't believe I didn't think about this as a topic.

We love treats at our office too! As the front desk gal I like to bring in Friday treats! It really helps the day and I notice the therapists are usually putty in my hands the rest of the day haha

I had a co-worker text me today to make sure I'll be in the office when he brings something because he feels bad that people always bring food when I'm not there, then e-mail everyone that the food is in MY cubicle and he wanted to make sure I got a chance for a treat, too. I thought it was super nice! I'll have to take goodies in soon!

Co-workers always love free goodies! And homemade is very rare. If I were you, I would save Friday, Saturday and Sunday for a Monday post. But I guess it's up to the challenge rules - is it about blogging every day or doing something every day for 31 days?
