One of the first meals I stumbled upon when I joined Pinterest was the crockpot recipe for Creamy Italian Chicken. I made it and fell in love. As did everyone else I made it for.
I always mean to share the recipe, and when I made it for dinner Sunday night and posted on Instagram, I got a few requests for it again. So, I've decided to let you guys know about this wonderful dish!
Creamy Italian Crockpot Chicken
2-4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry italian dressing
Put the chicken in the crockpot (I typically only use 2 big pieces), sprinkle the whole packet of italian dressing over the chicken. Pour the cream of chicken soup over the chicken. Cube the cream cheese and place on top. Cook on high for 4-6 hours.
This dish can be served over anything you want. I see a lot of people put it over rice, but I usually choose pasta because OMG CARBS!
And there you have it. A delicious, hearty meal that's even better the next day!
Have you, or will you try this recipe?
Have a great Wednesday, lovelies!
