It's OK Thursday #77

Morning lovers!

Neely and I were texting yesterday and realized that we've been doing this link-up for a year and a half!!!

That's just awesome. We couldn't do it without y'all. So THANK YOU to each and every one of you who link-up with us. You're the bestest!

If this is your first time linking up for It's OK Thursday, thank you and WELCOME!

All you have to do is type up a post listing what's OK with you, grab the button for your post, and come back to link up.

Let's do it!

Its Ok Thursdays

It's OK..

..to be shocked that Dallas got snow AGAIN this week. So weird.

..to use the bad weather as an excuse to take a day off of work

..to have not used my day off for anything productive, at all. I bummed around all day, and loved it

..to be overwhelmed by all the love and support I got on THIS POST - I love y'all

..to feel like a total rock star when my reader is cleaned out from commenting on new blog posts

..to need to start unplugging earlier in the night - falling asleep is getting hard again

..to plan on using my income tax refund to pay off a huge chunk of debt

..to be depressed about paying off debt because I usually treat myself, but I know I'll feel better about paying off debt

..to be ready for some warmer temps, this whole below freezing thing doesn't fly in Texas! Is it summer yet?

..to be in serious need of hitting the gym again - signed up for a 5k in June, ahhhh!

..to be excited that once Nate and I move, I'll be SUPER close to my gym, so I'll have no more excuses!

..to be irritated with how my BlogHer ads look on my blog - anyone wanna help me move them around a bit?!

..to always feel the need to purge my closet even if I just did it a month ago

..to delete emails from my fave stores/sites before even reading them because I can't be tempted!

..to crave Chipotle, even at 8 am. #fatkid

What's OK with you this week? Come link up and share!

You are so lucky to get snow. We got a tiny bit here in NY yesterday but not enough to even say it did.

I crave Chipotle at all hours! And I'm in the same money boat as you are. It's both depressing to have to give up the money and exciting to see that debt number go down! Totally ready for summer as well, winter is just not my thing!

It's absolutely ok to crave Chipotle at any time of day. It would actually be a shame not to!

I am constantly purging my closet! It feels so good to let stuff go and you know ... make room for new stuff ;)

I can't believe all the snow Dallas has been getting!! We have had NOTHING!

Of late, I also just delete the e-mails I receive from my most favorite stores before even opening them... definitely nips the temptation right in the butt!

Wow, you guys have been doing this a long time, I love linking up with you ladies, I'm with you on the tax refund...ALL the money is going to "having a baby"! Bum days are the BEST days! Have a great Thursday! :)

I always feel like I need to purge my closet after I just did it too. #FirstWorldProblems, am I right?!

This is my first time linking up and I loved putting this post together!

I've been deleting emails from my favorite stores before reading them too. I'm also planning to put my tax return towards debt - such a bittersweet choice it seems!

I'm obsessed with purging closets, and do it all to often! My closet, husband's closet, coat closet, storage closets. But it feels so GOOD to get rid of stuff/clutter!

I think I'm gonna use tonight and the weekend to get caught up on blog reading and commenting and returning comment emails ... I've been so swamped with studying that I've been a BAD blogger :)

Wow that is awesome! Amazing that y'all have been doing it that long! So cool! And you deserve love!

I made a new years resolution not to get those daily shopping emails and unsubscribed like a mad woman last week. I'm LOVING it. LOVING.

Re: the Texas temperatures. I'm over too. Even down here in AUstin its frigid.

It will feel so awesome to pay off a big chunk of debt, and not having to make monthly payments on whatever that is will free up a lot of money on a regular basis for you!

I think I could eat Chipotle EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!!! Way to go you for paying off debt! I'm a big Dave Ramsey fan and think that's one of the best things you can do for your future!

I'm so behind on my blog reading, I missed the post about you and Nate. CONGRATS! That is awesome!! I told Neely we had to meet up sometime. I'm moving to the north Dallas area next month, we need to find time for lunch/dinner/frozen yogurt or something!

I missed out on the announcement, this has been a crazy week - CONGRATS!!
Regarding paying off debt & not being tempted to make purchases. We're paying off the last of our credit card debt next month and I needed to get rid of my temptations so all my favorite emails are now auto forwarded to their own folder in email purgatory! It really helped with the impulse to buy when I wasn't reminded about it!

I just signed up for my first 5K next month super excited :-D You can do it!

I'm late in linking up this week (better late than never) but loved reading your post! And coming from upstate NY (snow central) to living in South Carolina, I have to say, I die when it snows a light dusting and people call in to work and can't seem to drive...not saying it isn't okay to do so :) but it's funny to me never the less. Where I'm from, unless it's a blizzard, it's a nice day out. lol

I have been deleting those store/sale emails too... I cannot help myself so I don't even look!!

I've still yet to figure out how TX has gotten snow and TN has seen NONE this year! I'm jealous!
