Book Club Friday #11

Woo, it's Friday the 13th!!! ;)

I've been doing really good at carving time out of my day for reading. Therefore, I've been able to link up with Heather more often, which I love!

Today, I'm reviewing Savor the Moment by Nora Roberts.

This is the 3rd book in a quartet series. You can read my review of the first book HERE, and my review of the second book HERE! ;)

Book description from GoodReads:

Wedding baker Laurel McBane is surrounded by romance working at Vows wedding planning company with her best friends Parker, Emma, and Mac. But she's too low-key to appreciate all the luxuries that their clients seem to long for. What she does appreciate is a strong, intelligent man, a man just like Parker's older brother Delaney, on whom she's had a mega-crush since childhood.

But some infatuations last longer than others, and Laurel is convinced that the Ivy League lawyer is still out of her reach. Plus, Del is too protective of Laurel to ever cross the line with her-or so she thinks. When Laurel's quicksilver moods get the better of her-leading to an angry, hot, all-together mind-blowing kiss with Del-she'll have to quiet the doubts in her mind to turn a moment of passion into forever.

My thoughts?

Well, considering I loved the first 2 books, I just knew I'd love this one as well. Annnd, I did! I think I liked this one the best so far. I feel like I relate best to Laurel out of all the girls, so this book was fun for me. If you enjoy a good love story, be sure to check this one out!

I know a lot of you have already read this series! Any other Nora Roberts books I should check out?

Be sure to follow me on Good Reads.. I'm addicted to that site.

Don't think I've read a Noah Roberts book that I haven't liked. Blue Smoke is really good. I think they may have done a movie based off of that book too. Angels Fall, Midnight Bayou and some of her JD Robb stuff is good as well.

Is it just me or are Nora Roberts' covers getting better and better? I've heard great things about this series and am happy to know that you agree!

I love Nora Roberts! I'm actually giving away this series at my blog right now! You should check it out!

As far as other titles, I was a big fan of The Sister's Island Trilogy, I highly recommend it if you haven't already read it. I'm reading her new series now, and it has a very similar feel to the Bride Quartet Series.

I'm a huge Nora Roberts fan :) I loved the Bride Quartet too, especially the 3rd one. My favorite NR series is the Three Sisters Island trilogy. It's an awesome summer read. It's a little different (it's about three friends who also happen to be witches), but not so out there that I wasn't able to relate to the characters. I highly recommend it! Dance Upon the Air, Heaven and Earth, and Face the Fire.
